Create an auction

Create a new project

In order to create a new auction, follow the below steps:

1. Click Auction to open the Auction module

2. Once My projects page opens, click the icon New project

3. The platform offers two options:

- Start without an auction template (“empty auction”).

- Start with an auction template

Create templates

Buyers can create templates from existing auctions and use them to create a new auction. This option enables buyers to create a project very quickly. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Open the project list.

2. Click on “Copy as a template” on the selected line (column “Actions”).

3. Then, the system offers to save as a New template or to Overwrite template.

To save as a New template:

1. Select New template.

2. Enter the name of the template and click on the validation icon.

To overwrite template :

1. Select Overwrite template.

2. Select the template to overwrite and click on the validation icon.

Copy a project

The project leader can also copy an eAuction from My project page to create a new eAuction project.

1. Click on the icon Copy a project

2. Select the elements to copy in your new project.

3. Click on the validation icon to validate.
