Shopping cart

The shopping cart is nothing but a draft version of your purchase request.
It contains as many positions as distinct products/services you decided to add to it.
The shopping cart is persistent over sessions : the only way to empty it is to send the purchase request or delete all positions from it.

Now some information about the shopping cart :

• If you add a product from the navigation links in the Web shop it will be added automatically with quantity = 1.
• If you add it from the search results page, you can specify the quantity.
• Quantities with up to 3 decimals are supported. ex : services (you need 1h = 0.125 day) or raw materials (0.750 M3 of sand)
• You will be warned if you do not respect the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) when adding a product.
• You can remove positions and change quantities from the shopping cart screen. If you change quantities, to see updated calculations on the page you need to update.
• The VAT is calculated product by product based on percentage defined by the supplier on each product.
• The cart details are filled by default from your user settings. In case you need to change the cart details, please proceed to check-out first (where you can change it).
