You can hide published grids/questionnaires for specific suppliers/project team members. The access can be controlled by phase (Sourcing, RFP) or by structure (grid/questionnaire). Removing the access of a tender element will remove the access of all sub-tender elements for combined structures. Phase access. Unselect here the phase (containing a bulk of grids and/or questionnaires) to which the supplier should not have access to and do not forget to click.<the corresponding icon> Tender element access and settings. Unselect the grid/questionnaire to which the supplier should not have access to and do not forget to click<the corresponding icon>
In case you have many suppliers and many grids/questionnaires to manage, it is recommended that you use the different phases in order to set up a block of structures to which some suppliers will and others not have access to. Then you can manage the supplier access on the phase level.
