Free-form orders

Free-form orders

Click New basket position to add new positions that are not included in the catalogs such as services. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*). The position is confirmed by clicking the Save icon.

Please note the following when creating a free-form position:

• To fill in the position of accounting information in a free form only when it differs from that of the other positions of the basket.
• The price is entered manually. If the ordering takes place only after receiving the invoice, then enter the price which you see on it.
• The supplier selection is also carried out manually. If the ordering takes place only after receiving the invoice, then enter the supplier which is displayed on it.
• The tax rate you will find is the default 19% value on the form. Reduce this rate only (eg 7.6%), if you are sure that it is at the reduced rate.
