Awarding

Once your project is finished (you have already received all proposals from your suppliers and made the analysis), you can select the winning supplier(s) and award the business.

Open the Awarding phase and then select the tab Awarding.

Depending on the project settings, you can assign the total amounts for each structure and each supplier invited on your project or could enter the details by grid line.

Do not forget to save your data. Click Award once you have finished.

The total amount assigned to the suppliers on this project will be copied on the tab Finance (in phase Project setup).
