Finalizing the purchase

After verifying all the positions, go to the Basket details tab to enter additional information :

• Basket name: if you want to use the basket for subsequent orders again it is recommended to enter a unique name.
• Address: You can select shipping and billing address from a list
• Accounting type: You can use the account assignment from a list. Depending on this field, you can specify additional information. Please note that the accounting type field determines which fields are mandatory.
• Comment: ex: everything was relevant regarding the order and approval
• SAP message: Text in this field is stored in the order in SAP.
