Finance[edit]
The finance tab is used to compare the planned, estimated and actual savings for each project. The data is used for analysis reports. By completing the finance data, a true comparison between planned, estimated and expected can be achieved. Follow the steps below to complete the schedule tab:
Do not forget to click<the corresponding icon>Save
The information in the Finance page is filled depending on the status of the project:
Planning: only the Planned line is editable; the values are filled by the project leader.
Ready, In setup, Online, Extended: the Estimated line will be editable; the values are filled by the project leader
Closed, Analysis, Awarding in process: the Actual line will be editable; the values are filled by the project leader
Awarded: the column Purchasing spend will be filled with the sum of the values from Awarding page / Awarding amount for the awarded lines
- If the project is created via P&O (Procurement and Ordering), the column Purchasing spend will be filled with the sum of the values from PO positions.
