Assessment Approval
When the evaluation team has completed the evaluation and the results have been published, the event manager will need to approve or reject the results in the <Evaluate Supplier> tab. By approving the results the supplier evaluation score will be available and used in the analysis for reporting or charts. By rejecting the results, the results will not be available for analysis.
This action is necessary to guarantee that only the verified data are compiled in the database.
Click on <Approve> to approve results for the analysis
Click on <Reject> to reject / refuse the results for the analysis
Please note:
• Once an evaluation has been approved / rejected it can no longer be modified.
• Only approved evaluations are included in the analysis.
The evaluation can also be approved/rejects using the left hand menu and clicking <SRM Overview / Evaluations>. This method is best used to see a list of evaluations and approve/reject multiple evaluations.
