How to update your RFX grid with auction final prices[edit]
To copy your final prices from the auction to the RFX, please follow the steps described:
1. Update the RFX grid: When your auction project is finalized, you can go to the page “AUCTION ANALYSIS” and click on the icon “Update RFX grid”.
Important note:
You can only update a RFX grid from an auction, if the auction was created from a RFX project.
2. RFX grid update: You will receive a message telling you that the RFX prices will be updated with the prices from the auction. The discount obtained in the auction will be applied to the RFX prices. The prices will be considered as new quotations in your RFX. If you agree, click on OK.
3. Display the updated grid: go back to your RFX project and to the page “ANALYSIS”. You can then choose the grid that you want to see.
4. Analyse the updated grid: In the grid you will then see the breakdown of the prices and a comparison between the auction prices and the initial quotation.
NB:In the auction you can have a structure on totals that are then transferred to unit prices per line in the RFX grid.
