Analysis on via the flexible editor[edit]

View Analysis[edit]

In the analysis menu, there is an overview of all tender elements published during the project, whatever their status (analysis, closed, online) and sorted by project phase. Click the View icon <the corresponding icon> to open the analysis report. The report is then displayed:

Edit report settings[edit]

The <corresponding> icon allows you to deselect specific columns, lines or suppliers of the project. Then click on the <corresponding> icon to see your selection:

Show report settings[edit]

By clicking on <the corresponding> icon, you activate the Report settings on top of your grid How to display lowest and highest pricing? Select the option Min/Max to display the lowest (green) and highest (red) supplier pricing per column: Green: Minimum offer Red: Maximum offer

How to highlight last changes? The option Highlight changes displays colored cells if the values placed by the roles colleagues or suppliers are different than the value placed as “starting bid” by the project leader. Unchanged values will remain uncolored as initial values.

Line grouping[edit]

How to have a line total of your grid?[edit]

Select the rows you want to include in the calculation of your total, use the drop-down list, select Group rows and click then < > to validate: Give a name to your grouping selection and click Apply icon:

How to group rows by column ?[edit]

Select then the option Custom grouping and Sum to have the sum of your lines in display. The coloring Min / Max here displays the minimum and maximum offer over all lines by supplier and for each column. In addition to the Sum option for all selected lines in a group (you can group different lines into different named groups for comparison), you also have the following available options:

    • Minimum
    • Maximum
    • Average
    • Count

To reset the table, select the empty option in the drop-down list:

Modify your grouped lines[edit]

The icon <corresponding> allows you to adjust the lines you have selected for your grouped lines. In our previous example, you have grouped all the lines to have the total of your table If you now want to remove one line, just delete <the corresponding icon> the selected line and click <the corresponding icon>:

Column options of the analysis editor[edit]

Click the blue arrow to move the column to the left or right.
Delete the column
Add a comparison column to this column

Select the column and click the icon <correspondent>. Choose your calculation type and validate by clicking on <correspondent> icon: You can choose to have:

    • Sum: Sum of all suppliers pricing of line.
    • Maximum: Maximum of all suppliers pricing per line.
    • Minimum: Minimum of all suppliers pricing per line.
    • Average: Average of all suppliers pricing per line.
    • Rank: Rank of all suppliers in this column per line.
    • Top n supplier, where n=: Display the name of suppliers where “n”= best suppliers
    • Deviation, where benchmark=: Difference between a benchmark i.e. Minimum

Some examples below: Rank + Top 2 suppliers: You will have the rank of all suppliers + the name of the 2 best suppliers: Benchmark to the minimum offer, you will have the difference, in percentage between each supplier answer to the minimum: Skip value 0 from comparison? If you select the function skip value 0 for comparison, it excludes the value 0 from your comparison table (ranking). Launch an analysis on total level? To have your analysis on total, choose again Custom grouping you have created before and your analysis on rank and minimum offer is done on the group level.

How to aggregate lines?[edit]

In the Report settings tab, you select the drop down menu Show aggregate line (select display column). Select your grid(s) plus an operator (i.e: Min, Max, Sum, Average, Count, Count not Empty rows, Completion percent). This setting aggregates lines with the same criteria (i.e: Country, Quantity..) and creates a result line after each aggregation. Note: To add several criteria you press <Ctrl> plus the criteria (Country plus Quantities etc.) If you unselect Show grid line option, it hides lines and display only aggregated results from your selected criteria.

Add a formula column[edit]

In your analysis the icon <correspondent> icon allows you to add column formulas. For instance you can calculate: Quantity * Supplier price. Follow these actions in the formula editor:
