Analysis via standard/phase reports[edit]

Next to the flexible analysis editor, explained in the previous chapter, you also have standard reports available for use. The usefulness of each report:

  • Each report has a pre-defined setup. Once you open a report, the supplier data is shown in the structure of that specific phase report. No customizing of columns is needed.
  • The phase reports allow an analysis that is similar to what you know in Excel from using pivot tables. Thus, you can copy one of the standard reports and customize it in the way you would like to look at the data.
  • Cross grids analysis: The phase reports allow you to analyse two or more grids in the same report.

In the Analysis phase, click on <the corresponding>: Choose the phase where you set-up your grid: To create your own report, use the following procedure:

  • Click Copy filter
  • Set a name and click <the corresponding icon>

Your new report is then added into the list. To set up your report, click Filter in the column Actions: Alternativley, you can first open the new report and then click the filter icon above the table. Please follow the next chapter for this.

In the filter tab Additional settings, you can add lines or columns (depending on the Line grouping) showing additional information such as: min/max values, average, total, etc. You also have the possibility to add a colour display to minimum (green) and maximum (red) values. Please find on next pages some examples of analysis filters.
