Schedule (Project Management)[edit]

The project schedule is internal; the suppliers do not have access. The schedule is used as the project plan and is shared with the invited project team. The dates and times entered in the schedule have no influence on the real project dates (i.e. when suppliers have access to the quotation grids). Thus, this tab is optional and recommended for complex projects with many project team members involved.

  • Schedule dates are based on phases, tender elements and milestones.
  • Phases: various stages of the project: Planning, Sourcing, RFP, Analysis…
  • Tender elements: any launched project questionnaires (RFI’s) or grids (RFQ’s)
  • Milestones: either predefined or freetext steps in the process
