Invite supplier(s) steps[edit]
Within <Supplier circle> click icon <Add> to access supplier database. Search suppliers with free text or using advanced search by clicking <on the corresponding icon> or using the filter search <the corresponding icon>.
You can add one supplier at a time by clicking <Add to current project> or select several accounts and add them using the <corresponding icon> drop menu, selecting <Add to current project> option and validating via <the corresponding icon>. The supplier circle will display all invited suppliers.
You can invite more than one contact of the same company. The second contact invited is automatically assigned as a Supplier substitute and can assist the first contact in completing the quotation grids and/or questionnaires.
In the analysis, the answers of both contacts are considered as one single offer from the company.
