Structure extension and closure[edit]
As soon as the deadline of a structure is reached, this structure closes automatically. This means suppliers cannot enter, change or publish their data. To open access again to suppliers, in order to enter, change or publish data, the structures can be extended by clicking the Extend icon on the overview in the phase RFP: By clicking this icon, a new end date can be inserted for the structure (grid/questionnaire). Additionally the project leader can also close structures earlier by clicking the <Close> icon.
