How to activate „Compatibility view”[edit]
Click the Compatibility view icon on the browser toolbar right after address bar
Screen resolution[edit]
Accelerate and ST6 requires minimum screen resolution of 1024x768.
Troubleshooting[edit]
Most people would not have any problems as these requirements are common for most other websites anyway however it is possible that some default browser settings to be changed. If you received a message „Cookies must be accepted to use the application” when access the ST6 platform means that your browser has cookies disabled.
If when you access the ST6 platform a blank page appears it is possible that JavaScript is disabled in your browser.
How to enable cookies[edit]
Internet Explorer
1. click "Tools" (for IE7 users: if you don't see Tools click on Alt and Menu Bar will appear)
2. select "Internet Options"
3. open "Privacy" tab
4. using slider select "Medium" level
5. press "OK"
Mozilla FireFox
1. click "Tools"
2. select "Options"
3. open "Privacy" section
4. check "Accept cookies from sites" check box.
5. press "OK"
Google Chrome
1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
2. Select Options.
3. Click the Under the Hood tab.
4. Click Content settings in the "Privacy" section.
5. Click the Cookies tab in the Content Settings dialog that appears:

5. find "Scripting" section in the list and switch "Enable" under "Active scripting"

4. check "Enable JavaScript" check box.

Do not activate the setting "Never empty the browser's cache";
Do not save save the platform as "Favourite" in your browser, because, as a SSO user, you might be thrown out of your session often.
