Installation Guide[edit]

For iOS:

The users can easily start the installation of the app, by clicking on the “GET” button, on the top right of the page, which then turns into the “INSTALL” button. Login[edit]

For the upcoming SSO-support, the UX will be adapted!

The users can insert the same credentials as they use for the website platform (non-mobile platform) in the “Username” and “Password” fields. In addition to those two, the users can see another field named “Server URL”. Unlike the web platform, where users only enter the credentials inside the platform of their company, the SynerMobile app is general for every user. Thus, the “Server URL” field, which is specific for each customer, needs to be filled. The base URL usually looks like "customer-instance.synertrade.com", whereas "customer-instance" is specific to the customer name and the instance, which is accessed.
