To access the ‘Help’ section, click the Help icon.

By clicking on this link the user enters the “Help” section where ST6 support and hotline (SynerTrade Global Customer Services) details are found:

• SynerTrade Global Customer Services e-mail address
• SynerTrade Global Customer Services local phone number

User guides can be provided by SynerTrade Global Customers Services in different languages. The user simply chooses the language they want to download by selecting the user guides in the drop list above the table where the various user guides are listed.
