Change Tracking Report[edit]

Track and trace project progress: suppliers and project team (colleagues) This chapter describes how the Project team can follow up the colleagues/supplier’s status/actions within their project(s). You can track the colleagues/supplier actions within your running project at any point of time using the Change tracking report. The change tracking report of a project can be accessed directly from the Project list (list appears after you open the RFx module): The change tracking report displays colleagues/suppliers:

    • last access to project
    • if any document has been down- or uploaded
    • if any structure (questionnaire/grid) has been responded

The colour code used to indicate how far colleague/supplier has completed a structure (grid/questionnaire):

    • Red: No data saved.
    • Yellow: Parts of the structure have been completed and saved; project leader cannot see the answers until they get published.
    • Green: Structure completed and published; project leader can now view the data.
    • Blue: No access to structure / supplier has been dismissed.
