SRM-SD Activity Responsible

The Activity overview shows a list of all activities that you are involved in as activity manager, activity responsible or measure manager.

As activity responsible you can perform the following:

- Set activities in progress - Insert comments - Set activities as completed (approval)

Activities may have the following status:

- Grey -> In setup

- Yellow -> In progress

- Red -> Requested

- Blue -> Published

- Green -> Completed

Set Activities in Progress

The event manager, activity manager or responsible can set the activity in progress. By setting the activity in progress all parties including the suppliers are able to work on the activities.

Insert Comments

Comments can be added through-out the activity. Comments are used to list the breakdown of actions required to complete the activity or corrective action. They are also used to monitor and track any comments between the internal team and suppliers. To create a comment: click the <insert> comment link.

1. Click on NEW in order to create a new comment.

2. Complete the details for either a buyer or supplier.

Set Activity as completed

Once the comment has been created the activity can be published ( Click on Publish)
